In 1971, William Rubin, director of the Museum of Modern Art’s in New York and world renown arts curator, go to Mougins, near Cannes, with an “Estaque” picture of Cezanne. He want to convince, one more time, Picasso to give him the famous Guitar sculpture...
The same year, 1971, William Rubin, draw and create L’Oubradou at Plan de la Tour on a spectacular place. The property is definitly the spirit of Rubin arts story. 
L’Oubradou is consisting in a main house (seven bedrooms) a guest house and a caretaker house overlooking the beautiful Plan de la Tour landscape until the sea. Cezanne pictures are everywhere. There is 5 ha / 13 acres of charming garden, two pools and a gorgeous winter garden. The village is at two kilometres. Saint-Tropez can be reached in twenty minutes or less by the regular ferry’s service. It need one hour and half to be at Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport.
